It took me a few tries to find the blind part, which was a little ridiculous, but I got there eventually. Once I figured it out, everything was fine.

The parts were way cheaper than replacing the entire blind, and the shipping cost was fair too. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it did the job and saved me some money. it just feels wrong to toss out a whole blind when a simple replacement part can fix it.

"Parts worked, but shipping stung a bit"
I got the blind parts I needed they worked just fine, so I was happy about that. But then I looked at the shipping cost and it kind of took the excitement down a notch. For such a small order, it felt a little high. Glad the parts did the job, just wish the shipping had been more reasonable.

"Finally Got the Right Part"
I had no clue which part I was supposed to order, so I just emailed them a couple pictures and hoped for the best. Very calmly, of course, while my blinds were just sitting there not working. They replied quickly and pointed me to the exact piece I needed. The order showed up fine, the blinds are working again, and it was nice to deal with actual helpful people for once

"Good parts, but the return was a little frustrating"
The parts arrived in good shape, but I realized I’d ordered the wrong size and needed to return them. I’ve bought from this brand before and usually like sticking with them, so I was a little disappointed that the return process wasn’t smoother. The info was there, but I had to reread the policy a couple times to figure it out, and paying return shipping on a small order kind of stung. Not a terrible experience, just not as easy as I expected from a company I normally trust.

"Packaging was okay, nothing too dramatic"
The box showed up a little crushed on one side, which I noticed right away because I had just gotten home and was bringing in a bunch of packages from the porch. I was a bit worried at first, but once I opened it up, all the parts inside were totally fine. So the packaging could’ve been better, but nothing was actually damaged.

I ordered a replacement part that looked like the right match on the site, but when it showed up, it didn’t fit my blinds. I even double checked the measurements beforehand, and somehow it was still just a little off. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but the timing was frustrating because I really needed to get the blinds fixed right away. Now I’m stuck with a part I can’t use. I just wish the compatibility details had been clearer before I ordered.

I ordered a couple of blind parts from fixmyblinds because the site made it seem like they’d ship quickly. I wasn’t trying to be impatient or anything, but I had one window I really wanted fixed before guests came over, so the timing actually mattered to me. The tracking didn’t update for several days, and then the package ended up arriving late without much of a heads up. I had to email them just to figure out what was going on. To be fair, the parts were fine once they finally got here, but the delivery side wasn’t very reliable. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed something on a tight timeline.

I ordered a replacement part for my blinds, i wasn’t totally sure I picked the right one at first. But the pictures and measurements on the site helped a lot, so I figured I’d give it a shot. It showed up, fit perfectly, and I had it swapped out in maybe 10 minutes. Blind works again, which is such a relief because I really didn’t want to replace the whole thing. I ordered a couple of small blind parts the parts themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. It was just one of those things where I got to the total with shipping and kind of went, wait, that much? I know specialty parts can cost more, and I get that these aren’t exactly things you can grab anywhere, but for what I actually received, it still felt a little pricey. Not a terrible experience or anything, just not sure I’d order again without checking a few other places first.
